This year we sent two groups of boys, one to base camp and one to high adventure camp.

We went to Spanish Peaks for summer camp as we did in 2006. This time we teamed with Troop 384 and traveled by charter bus stopping off to see the Texas show at Palo Dura Canyon.

Annual Camporee is when the area Boy Scout Troops get together for fun and competition. Each troop sponsors an event based on teambuilding and all troops participate in as many events as possible.

Every March Troop 215 has a family campout. This year we went to the USS Lexington.

After the crossover we went camping for a weekend of hiking and rock climbing. The new scouts earned their Boy Scout rank.

Troop 215 performed the crossover ceremony for Pack 518 in which three Webelos came into our troop. Immediately after the crossover we went on a campout at Mineral Wells State Park with two of the three new scouts attending.

This was our Junior Leader Training (JLT).

Troop 215 spent summer camp at Spanish Peaks Scout Ranch in southeastern CO.

Camporee at SR2, April 2006, was a blast. Our troop had six candidates tapped for OA and we won 1st place for 'Best Entrance' for the 2nd consecutive year.

The troop went the Houston Space Center, January 2006 where they completed there Space Exploration merit badge. We also had the opportunity for a tour of the facility and spend the night in the visitors center, sleeping next to Skylab.
